In today's fast track life, whenever we talk about depression - it has been presumed that the person has a lack of will power and can not cope with the world's pace.

Mental Health is always a hush-hush topic for everyone. Many of us don't regard it as a problem even. It is quite easy to advise someone that the best remedy for depression is to go out and take a break from the monotonous life, then what led depression to a suicidal act? On 10 October, World Mental Health Day is observed to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world.
The best way to avoid depression and anxiety is to talk about it openly with your close friends and family and share your feelings.
