Get The Most Of Your Workout

September 24th, 2020

Today each one of us is working round the clock and want to get the most out of our workout. The pandemic has forced us to choose working from home as well as working out at home. Though we are not certified trainers or gym experts, we want to ensure that each one of you gets the maximum benefits of your 30 minutes workout regime.

Times are changing and so are the workout styles, gone are the days when it was believed that longer the hours you workout, more benefits you will get.  Here are some great tips to maximise your workout results in shorter duration:

  • Limit Your Workouts: As we said earlier, make your workouts short but intense. Get the maximum repetitions but make sure you get at least 20 seconds or less depending on how regular you are, rest in between sets.

  • Increase The Intensity: Don’t be in a hurry to increase the intensity of your workouts at one go. Ensure your body is used to the style and then take it a notch higher.

  • Mix and Match: It is really important that your body is not used to only one kind of training; including light weights, cardio and resistance training in your workout regime will reap more benefits.
